If you return any stock item for an exchange within 14 days of receipt we will exchange once received as quickly as possible, we will send your exchange to you post-free.
Equally, should you wish a refund this will be made in Pounds Sterling for any part of your order once received, as soon as possible, there is no refund on any postage or courier charges. It may take your bank up to a further 5 days to process and credit your account.
Please ensure that returned goods are not unnecessarily handled, worn, or ticketing removed. If so we may make a deduction from any reimbursement for loss in value of any goods.
